But its second-quarter outlook disappointed analysts and shares fell. Net income in the three months to March 31 fell to $50.6 million, or 26 cents per share, from $40.9 million, or 22 cents per share, a year earlier. Shares dropped 9.5 percent to $37.10. The operator of a server network that helps websites load faster said second-quarter profit will be no more than 37 cents a share.
